Alpha Restaurant is synonymous with Greek generosity and hospitality. Executive chef Peter Conistis utilises the best local ingredients in his interpretations of traditional recipes, with many dishes cooked in our wood-fired oven. Housed in an historic building in Sydney’s CBD, Alpha’s stunning interior is inspired by the Greek islands and was designed by DS17’s Paul Papadopoulos. Alpha Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner.
In the Meriton Festival Village, Alpha Restaurant is serving top shelf Greek fare with a modern twist, including lamb, black olive and feta buns, spanakopita and baklava ice cream sandwiches.
