At the Meriton Festival Village, Italian experts Happy As Larry dish up pizzas and pastas, dessert calzone and canolis, and sides like deep friend lasagne, zucchini flowers, and beef and pork ragu loaded fries.

The brainchild of childhood mates, Chris Lu, Adam Choker and Anthony Severino, Happy as Larry launched on to the scene in early 2015 as Sydney’s first wood fired pizza truck. It’s been named food truck of the year, and made it into the top 10 of the Sydney Morning Herald’s list of the best pizzas in Sydney.
