The Malaya

Founded by Wong Tai See in 1963, The Malaya opened for business with a range of unique recipes inspired by his travels through Southeast Asia as a merchant seaman. Now, 50 years on, The Malaya continues to serve Sydney diners at King St Wharf, with sweeping water views, a contemporary dining room, and a range of seafood dishes to reflect its waterfront location

SYDNEY FESTIVAL OFFER

A set menu with a glass of wine for $55 per person, including salt and pepper squid, pork san choy bow, masak lemak prawns, beef rendang, and Szechuan eggplant. A vegetarian menu will also be available. Available for a minimum of two diners.
